ME AND JEZEBEL
A comedy by Elizabeth Fuller

One of the most anticipated shows of the season! Don't miss it!

The poignant and hilarious Off-Broadway comedy by Elizabeth Fuller in its Charlotte premiere!

Based on the true life account of the events of the summer of 1985 when Hollywood legend Bette Davis came to Fuller’s home for dinner and stayed... and stayed... and stayed... for a month!

It all starts when a mutual friend brings Miss Davis to Elizabeth Fuller’s house for dinner. Davis calls the next day to thank for the lovely dinner and to ask if she could stay a couple of days while a hotel strike runs in New York. The result is a month-long rollercoaster of laughter, warm feelings and passion while we get to know up close and personal a true legend and always remembered Hollywood diva.

Starring Charlotte’s favorites Hank West and Sheila Snow Proctor, and under the direction of award winning Glenn T. Griffin, the show brings to life one of the most hilarious, real, emotional and poignant story as Bette Davis finds her way into the Fuller family, speaking her mind on EVERYTHING and shares some true Hollywood stories involving Paul Newman, Joan Crawford and many others. An iconic theatre piece!
